It's the end of season and we're starting to see a bit of dangerous action across the NHL. 

Philadelphia Flyers defenseman Shayne Gostisbehere might receive discipline for a play he was involved in last night. 

With the clock winding down in last night's game against the Pittsburgh Penguins, Shayne Gostisbehere sent Penguins' defenseman Mark Friedman into the boards. 

While it wasn't the most vicious cross check in history, it was a combination of where it took place and how fast the players were going. 

The NHL Department of Player Safety has announced Gostisbehere will have a hearing for the play.
