The Philadelphia Flyers and general manager Chuck Fletcher have lots of issues to address this offseason.

Unfortunately they don't have the biggest amount of cap space to do it.

One glaring need though is on the blue line and it seems they might already have their top target.

According to Jordan Hall of NBC Sports Philly, the Flyers and Fletcher will looking to sign soon to be UFA defenseman Dougie Hamilton.

The 27 year old would give the team the veteran presence it needs on the back end and would also help create some offense.

Fletcher will have to get creative as Hamilton will likely be looking for a raise on his last contract that carries a $5.75million AAV.

Would you like to see Fletcher in a Flyers' uniform?
