The Philadelphia Flyers and general manager Chuck Fletcher have lots of work ahead of them.

The NHL Draft will likely be a mini trade frenzy this year for NHL teams and they'll be lots of free agents available July 1.

One of those free agent signings for the Flyers might be forward Kevin Hayes.

During his end of year press conference Scott Gordon mentioned the Flyers need a second line center, especially if Claude Giroux sticks to the wing moving forward.

As BroadStreetHockey points out, the connections between Hayes and new head coach Alain Vigneault might be too strong to pass up.

Hayes has played almost his whole career under Vigneault.

Hayes set new career highs in advanced stats this past season and can also play on the power play.

Would you like to see Hayes in a Flyers uniform?
