The Philadelphia Flyers continue to prepare for their Saturday matchup in Long Island against the Islanders.

Philly got some tough injury blows with both Jakub Voracek and Nolan Patrick falling to injury, however things might be turning around.

Both Voracek and Patrick hit the ice for practice on Friday morning.

Voracek stepped onto the ice with teammates tapping their sticks as many have said he's been the team's MVP so far this year.

It's highly possibly Voracek plays on Saturday, however Patrick still has a bit of a boxes to check off before he can play.

Patrick will have to go through the protocol once again when he steps off the ice today.

Everything is trending in the right direction right now.

More to come.
