The Philadelphia Flyers have yet to make a decision regarding Scott Gordon and when all is said and done they could be forced to keep him.

Earlier in the season the Flyers were heavily attached to Joel Quenneville as a possible head coach, however he decided to take the Florida Panthers offer earlier today.

Another name we've heard attached to the Flyers is former Edmonton Oilers and San Jose Sharks head coach Todd McLellan.

However it sounds like the Flyers and general manager Chuck Fletcher might not be able to put their hands on him either.

According to Dennis Bernstein of The Fourth Period, the Los Angeles Kings have tabled an offer for McLellan.

More to come.
