Philadelphia Flyers general manager Chuck Fletcher held his end of season press conference on Monday and answered a bunch of questions.

Many expect Fletcher to blow up the roster during the summer, however it's easier said than done.

Of course Fletcher needs to address the coaching situation and he said Scott Gordon has been labeled as a candidate.

As for the roster, Fletcher made his off season shopping list known to reporters.

Fletcher said he'd like to land a quality veteran defenseman, more two way forwards and a goalie partner for Carter Hart.

He added he likes the team's prospects and continued growth for them will be key to the team's success next year.

The Flyers general manager added that the "We're not good enough here right now. Everybody is tradable, but some scenarios are more realistic than others."

What do you think of Fletcher's comments and shopping list?
