The Philadelphia Flyers got a big win last night against the Boston Bruins that launched them back into a Wild Card spot.
Philly has been hanging on to a playoff spot all season, and that's without Nolan Patrick who was expected to take another step this year.
Patrick has been dealing with migraine issues all season and has yet to play a game.
Some people believe that it's concussion related, however the Flyers have made it clear that it's been an issue in Patrick's family.
General manager Chuck Fletcher gave an update on Patrick today.
The Flyers' GM says he expected Patrick to play this season and he's been progressing during his on ice workouts.
“I do expect him to play this year. That’s just my speculation.”
Of course Patrick would need medical clearance first.
