After the Game 1 blowout, which saw Philadelphia Flyers starter Brian Elliott let in five goals, head coach Dave Hakstol said his "gut feeling" was to let Elliott start Game 2.
During Thursday's practice it looked like the plan as Elliott took shots in the starters net.
However Hakstol canceled Friday's practice and said he was contemplating lineup changes and let everybody speculate.
Just before game time Friday, Hakstol has confirmed that Elliott will start in between the pipes on Friday night for Game 2.
Do you think Hakstol is making the right choice?
Lines remain what they were in yesterday’s practice and Game 1. Brian Elliott still in goal for Flyers
