The Philadelphia Flyers and general manager Chuck Fletcher were pretty busy on Monday.
They announced a contract extension for Travis Sanheim in the morning and announced a trade later in the afternoon.
The Flyers have traded forward Ryan Hartman to Dallas to for forward Tyler Pitlick.
Hartman registered six points in the 19 games he played in Philly. He looked like a good depth forward after being acquired in the Wayne Simmonds trade but will continue his career in Dallas.
Pitlick is a center who played 47 games in Dallas last year registered 12 points.
