There's been plenty of speculation regarding Oskar Lindblom's current situation.
He's of course battling his way back from Ewing's Sarcoma and undergoing treatment.
We've heard various reports so far, one stating that he'd completed treatment while the Flyers disputed that report but didn't give any other details.
Now the Flyers have made a revelation.
Lindblom was back on the ice today and skated with teammates as part of Phase 2.
While this is an absolutely great sign for Lindblom and his hockey and future all together, it won't change his status for this season.
The team says that Lindblom will not play in any games during the playoffs.
Flyers’ Oskar Lindblom, who has been undergoing treatment for Ewing’s Sarcoma, is back skating with teammmates. But the team says he will not play in games if the NHL season resumes. Still positive news that he’s almost finished treatments and is on the ice.
