The Philadelphia Flyers continue to be praised for their drafting over the last couple of years and player development.

Recently, NHL prospect analyst, Craig Button, had huge praise for 2017 first round pick Morgan Frost, now a 2018 first pick is turning heads.

Jay O'Brien was recently playing for Team USA at the World Junior Summer Showcase and the 18 year old left quite the impression.

Against Canada, O'Brien was named Player of the Game after scoring two goals and looked great defensively.

The Flyers young group is looking great led by Nolan Patrick, Travis Konecny, Ivan Provorov, Travis Sanheim, Frost, Matthew Strome, Pascal Laberge, Carter Hart and more.

Are you excited for the Flyers future?
